1.Safety

Are the items you deliver legit and perm?

Yes, all the items we sell are acquired through legitimate in-game drops.

Can the items disappear?

None of our items will disappear from your character. However if you leave them on the ground in-game for a longer period of time, they will, due to the game’s mechanics.

Is my personal information protected?

Yes. We use secure HTTPS-ssl protocol, and no one can access any of your information except our developer.

Is my ingame account safe?

Yes, the delivery accounts are only accessible to the customer.

I lost my password, how can I recover my account?

Inside “Login/Register” at the top of the page, click on “Lost your password?”. Just type in your email address, and a new password will be sent to you.

2. Delivery and Items

How do I receive the items I have bought?

We deliver your items on a delivery account created by us. You can also choose to get mule-help ingame, in this case contact our live support and we will deliver your items in-game by trade.

How do I track my order?

Click on “Order tracker” at the top of the page. You will be able to see the status of your order.

How long does it take?

If we have the ordered items on stock, the delivery is instant. If we need to acquire the items, your order might take from 10 mins up to 24 hours.

More than 24 hours have passed and I haven’t received my items, what should I do?

If 24 hours have passed and you don’t want to wait any longer, you can contact our live support and ask for a reimbursement.

Can you help me transfer items?

Yes, please contact our live support so we can deliver the items to you in-game.

Can I order items that are not displayed in the shop’s selection?

Yes. Write us an e-mail, or contact our live support with the item’s details. We will upload it to our selection, and you will be able to order it.

Can I transfer items between realms?

No, each realm are separated from each other.

I would like to cancel or change my order, can I do it?

If the order is not delivered yet, then yes. After the order completion we are unable to cancel or change your order.

Can i play with my character during leveling?

No, once you place your order we will need full-time access to the character to complete the service in the given delivery time.

How do you level my character?

We mule the best leveling items on your character and farm the most rewarding game content to level as fast as possible.

3. Payments

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept over 100 different payment methods, including paypal, skrill, alipay bank transfer, mobile payments and bitcoin. You can choose your preferred payment method after the order checkout.

Do I have to verify myself?

For security reasons we might ask you to verify yourself.

4. Customer service

How do i register on D2trophy.com?

Click on the Login/Register button at the top of the page, and enter your e-mail address, or use facebook sign in.

Does my activity on D2trophy.com appear in facebook?

No, your facebook only serves login purpose.

5.Coupons

How can i get a coupon?

You can acquire 24 hour coupons through “Today’s coupon”. We also give coupons in e-mails and during promotions, these are listed under “My Account/Coupons”.

How can I use coupons?

You can select the coupon you want to use at the order checkout.

Can I use two coupons at the same time?

No, only one coupon per order is accepted.
