All Exiles are between 40-45 All Resistances There will be just Ethereal Exile shields which is used just for start of new ladder Since ebugged is hard to find, then we have the Ethereal Bugged ( Ebugged ) shields which you normally use to kill dclone or torch hunting or pvp etc.
